Atypical Family Therapy & Disability Services

Comprehensive Therapeutic Services

  • Therapeutic Mental Health Services: Evidence-based therapies such as CBT, TFCBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy address anxiety trauma, and behavioral challenges.

  • Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy: Individualized plans focus on skill development, behavioral support, and caregiver training to promote independence and progress.

  • Speech Therapy: This therapy focuses on helping individuals improve their communication skills, including speech clarity, language development, social communication, and in some cases feeding and swallowing; therapists work on articulation, understanding and using body language, voice quality, and nonverbal communication to support more effective interactions in daily life.

  • Occupational Therapy: This therapy supports individuals in developing the skills needed for everyday activities, including fine motor coordination, sensory processing, self-care abilities, and emotional regulation; the goal is to promote independence and meaningful participation in home, school, and community environments.

  • Creative Arts Therapies: Our program offers Play Therapy, Music Therapy, and Art Therapy—each facilitated by certified or credentialed professionals specializing in their field; these therapies provide structured, evidence-based approaches that harness the power of creativity to support emotional expression, self-awareness, communication, and resilience.

  • Play Therapy: This helps children express emotions, process experiences, and develop problem-solving and social skills through guided play.

  • Music Therapy: This uses rhythm, melody, and sound to support emotional regulation, cognitive development, and connection.

  • Art Therapy: This encourages individuals to explore thoughts and feelings through visual expression, promoting insight, healing, and personal growth; whether working with children, teens, or adults, our creative arts therapists tailor each session to meet individual needs in a safe, engaging, and therapeutic environment.
